4017 Baby Sequencer

Today I will present my first project after many years abstinence of DIY. It is the 4017 Baby Sequencer. A simple analog step sequencer with 8 steps. Each step kan be deactivated. It contains a controller for interval, a reset button and a start and stop switch. A 9 V block battery is used for the power supply, which is installed in the housing and an output socket for CV.

I have built the actual logic on a stripboard. The controls are soldered on board, so I can install this directly into the front panel. I did not make a plan for it. It was very easy to solder the few parts.

Then I assembled all together.

Lid on and finish was the new sequencer.
